• Outside Sales Representative. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Following up on leads generated by our marketing efforts.

- Closing sales with the customers & collecting deposits through the company point of sales system.

- Scheduling the projects according to our availability & staying in contact with the customers throughout the duration of the project.

- Encourage sales of our other services with current customers.

- Manage invoices and distribute them to the customers.

- Send updates, photos and reports to BLB for projects in process.

Qualifications:

- Must be at least 25 years old 

- At least 2 years of verifiable experience with sales in the construction & demolition industry.

- A degree in business is strongly desired, but does not necessarily disqualify an applicant if they don’t have one, provided they have the 2 years of verifiable sales experience in the construction & demolition industry.

- Must submit to & pass a thorough pre employment drug screen and background check.

- Possess a valid driver license, with no dui’s or more than 2 moving violations within the past 3 years. Class A CDL is preferred, but not required.

- Must possess excellent communication skills & the ability to complete all assigned tasks on time, with or without direct supervision.

- Must have at least 1 year of supervisory experience within the construction & demolition industry. You will be required to check in on demolition crews who have been assigned to the projects you set up, to ensure that they are completing the job on time and on budget, in a safe and professional manner.

• Site Supervisor 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Be an extra point of contact for the customers 

- Oversee & manage all personnel on your site whether they work for BLB, or subcontract with us, to ensure they are completing the project on time and on budget, in a safe and professional manner 

- Oversee & manage all third party vendor activities to ensure that they are providing efficient services in a timely manner for your site, and are doing so safely and professionally 

- Work closely with the sales rep to encourage the customers to purchase additional services & to ensure all invoices, updates and reports are submitted properly, and on time

Qualifications:

- Must be at least 25 years old 

- Must submit to and pass a thorough pre employment drug screen & background check 

- Must possess a valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record. No DUI’s, or more than 2 moving violations within the past 2 years

- Must possess excellent communication skills, and the ability to complete assigned tasks with, or without direct supervision, on time
